Thoughts
Whenever I find myself being productive as a writer I'm aware that whatever I'm writing is a direct product of hours/days/weeks
of living, thinking, and planning, all of which take place off the page. When I'm not writing it's like I forget this integral part of the
process exists. You can't force a story or a poem to appear. You experience things and process them and they influence what you're
writing, they guide your work. You'll miss out on the important moments if you're always staring at a keyboard, trying to will a story
into existence.
